Would you like to become part of the oldest dining club in the UK?

If you like sumptuous food and drink, enjoy a good social occasion and would like to get more involved in your local Chichester community, then the St Pancras Corporation is just for you!

Formed long before Rotary, Lions or Round Table were conceived, the Corporation has been meeting continuously for over three hundred and thirty years.

We celebrate the traditions of our long history through social events and dinners at different locations and raise money for our charity. This provides sheltered accommodation, as well as supporting other good causes in the local community.

Why do you meet?

Officers meet roughly every six weeks to decide official business, enjoy each other’s company and have a good lunch over drinks. Although the Unicorn pub, the original meeting place of the Corporation, has sadly long since gone, some meetings are at the nearest public house to that site - the Nag’s Head, St Pancras.

Burgesses are free to attend any of those meetings.

Our main annual events are the Founder’s Day BBQ, our Annual Dinner and our Annual Christmas Walk. See our Events page for further details.

How often do you meet?

Membership is currently £25.00 per annum payable on 1 April, preferably by standing order. Our annual events are reasonably priced per event and details are sent closer to the event. Except for running costs, all money goes to charity!
